chicken wings and drumsticks

Tbsp canola oil (30 ml)

large cloves garlic, peeled, minced
¼
cup white wine vinegar (60 ml)

Tbsp tomato paste, or ketchup (45 ml)

Tbsp chili flakes (15 ml)
3
Tbsp molasses (45 ml)

Tbsp brown sugar (30 ml)
3
tsp worcestershire sauce (15 ml)
Coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
Put oil, garlic, vinegar, tomato paste, chilli flakes, molasses, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper into a large bowl. Mix to combine. Add the wings and drumsticks and toss well so they are well coated.
Place the wings and drumsticks on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes to half and hour, basting them every so often with some of the sauce. Turn wings and let cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly crispy.
