An infusion of vanilla gives rich flavor to this lowfat treat.

cup Silk, any flavor
6
Tbsp brown sugar
6-7
drops vanilla extract
2
cup frozen mixed berries
6
oz Silk Live! plain yogurt
½
lemon
brown sugar, for garnishing rims of glasses
6
strawberries, for garnish

Step 1
Puree frozen berries and Silk mixture in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add yogurt. Blend well.
Step 2
In a small saucepan bring Silk soymilk, brown sugar and vanilla to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Rub rims of 6 glasses with lemon and then dip each rim in brown sugar. Divide drink equally between glasses and garnish each glass with a strawberry.
