Hot Menu to Go
In the middle of the winter, Ricardo and his friends are going to a fishing village for a traditional activity just as he used to do as a young child with his parents. For this event, he will use his mom’s recipe of petits poissons des chenaux. But in case the fishing trip doesn't work, Ricardo will prepare at home an easy menu that can be easily reheated. Let's start the dinner with a hot Onion Soup with Beer, then a Slow-Cooked Beef with Red Wine and for a great ending a Chocolate Pouding Chômeur.
