Sugar Shack Inspired
This episode is all about Quebec’s pride and joy, maple syrup! He has invited his friend, who just happens to also be his English coach, Stephanie and her whole family of being for a meal full of flavour and history! He has put very contemporary twist on a traditional menu! As an entrée he has prepared a cream of shallot soup, a delicious main course of pork tenderloins with maple-beet sauce, a cauliflower purée and roasted celery.
