The Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship program is back again this year, and we couldn’t be more excited about it! This non-profit foundation was created to allow young Canadian chefs to get a head-start in their culinary career. The winner will receive $10,000 from the Chefs’ Table Society of BC, and a stage at a top international restaurant. Think you’ve got what it takes to be judged by celebrity chefs like Mark McEwan, Anna Olson and Lynn Crawford? Then head over and apply to enter before May 5th at 12pm.

There will be three regional heats in Western, Central and Atlantic Canada. The top candidates from each heat will continue on to the final round in Vancouver on September 28th.
