1 8 inch round wheel of Brie cheese
4 ounces sliced almonds
2 ½ tablespoons tbsp icing sugar (37 ml)
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Slice the top off of the Brie cheese. Generously sprinkle icing sugar on top of rind less part of the cheese. Sprinkle the sliced almonds on top of the sugar.
3. Place the Brie in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the almonds and sugar have caramelized.
4. Serve while it’s hot with short bread sticks. Danger – it may induce double dipping!
