Directions for: Burst Cranberry Relish


2 Tbsp water

½ cup sugar

1 Tbsp honey

2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries


1. In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar and honey to a boil. Add the cranberries and return to a boil. Simmer over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and set aside for 15 minutes.

2. Serve warm or cold with turkey or pork.

3. Store in the refrigerator.
