4 Italian sausages, sliced, roasted in the oven

½ cup marmalade

2 tablespoons your favourite mustard

1 tablespoon (or so) of curry


1. Place a toothpick in each sausage bite. Whisk together the marmalade, mustard and curry until smooth. Dip and share!
