Ingredients

1 small pumpkin squash (amber)

½ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons 35% cream

Vanilla ice cream (to accompany)

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. Cut the squash in two. Use a spoon to remove the seeds. Put the two halves on a baking sheet. Remove a thin slice at the bottom of each pumpkin squash half to make them more stable. Distribute half the ingredients into each of the halves. Cook about 1 hour.

3. Let cool down for 5 minutes. Remove the sugar sauce from each squash and reserve. Cut the squash halves in two. Serve a quarter per person. Top with the reserved sauce. Serve with ice cream.
