Ingredients

6 6 inch white pita breads

kosher salt, to taste

spiced salt, to taste

lemon salt, to taste

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (15 ml)

Directions

1. Brush each side of the pita bread with olive oil. Sprinkle with desired topping (either kosher, spiced or lemon salt). Grill them on each side for 1 minute or until grill marks form. Cut into triangles and serve while they are warm.
