3-Tiered Devil’s Food Cake with Peanut Butter Filling, Chocolate Ganache and Vanilla Icing
It’s no surprise that Adam Monette took home the season eight prize with creations like this three-tiered gift of a cake. Made with devil’s food cake, peanut butter filling, chocolate ganache and vanilla icing, he decorated it with fondant so it looked like a stack of perfectly wrapped presents.
Spiced Raspberry and Orange Filling with American Buttercream
Simple yet elegant, this season nine dessert from Zakiya Newton would be a welcome addition to any holiday spread. Made with spiced raspberry and orange and iced with an American buttercream, it is finished with festive red and green decorations.
