How to Make the Perfect Stir-Fry with Chef Kathy Fang

Some key tips from Kathy? Cut your vegetables and chicken uniformly to ensure an even cook and a more visually appealing dish. After adding your veggies into the pan, add some soy sauce, a touch of sugar and some Chinese black vinegar. This will add a level of umami to your stir-fry. Finally in order to bring your sauce together and perfectly coat your stir-fry, add a slurry which is equal parts water and cornstarch.
