Justin Bieber’s Tim Horton’s Biebs Brew Has Arrived – Here’s Our Honest Review

Justin Bieber with Biebs Brew from Tim Hortons

Justin Bieber and Tim Hortons have united forces once again. After the massive success of TimBiebs, the coffee shop’s previous collaboration with the Canadian pop star, it feels like a no-brainer that the latest offering is a new twist on Tim Horton’s most beloved product: coffee! Justin has a sweet tooth and prefers his coffee iced, so naturally, this lead to the creation of a new French Vanilla Cold Brew, AKA Biebs Brew. “We couldn’t stop at Timbiebs, we needed a Biebs Brew too. And we are bringing both to Tims next month,” says Justin. “Doing a Tim Hortons collab had always been a dream of mine. I grew up on Tim Hortons and it’s always been something close to my heart.”

As Justin mentions, if you didn’t get a chance to try Timbiebs the last time around, this is your chance: all three Timbiebs flavours (chocolate white fudge, sour cream chocolate chip, and birthday cake waffle) will be returning to stores for a limited time alongside the Biebs Brew. Read on for our honest review of Biebs Brew, along with everything you need to know about the latest collab.

What’s it made of?

As with all Tim Hortons cold brew, the latest Biebs Brew is made with 100 per cent ethically sourced premium Arabica beans and is slowly cold steeped for 16 hours to enhance the bold and smooth flavour. The coffee is then stirred with a creamy French Vanilla flavour (inspired by Tim’s popular hot drink) to give it a creamy, sweet hit.

What does it really taste like?

The cold brew itself is smooth and silky, but the real treat is the French Vanilla cream: It’s the perfect level of not-too sweet (shout out to Justin for getting it just right). The French Vanilla flavour itself is rich and buttery, which balances out nicely with the bitterness of the cold brew. Although the drink itself isn’t particularly game-changing (it is just a vanilla cold brew after all), it’s definitely delicious. Regardless of whether or not you’re not a fan of the Biebs, this drink is worth a try on your next Tim’s run.

Where can I find it?

Starting June 6, Biebs Brew will be available for a limited time at all Tim Hortons locations across Canada and the United States. A medium sized Biebs Brew will retail for $3.19 plus tax (prices may vary by region). But if the last collaboration was any indication, we recommend heading to your latest Tim’s sooner than later, as it’s likely to sell out fast.
