Big Time Bacon

Bacon lovers - prepare to indulge in this rich maple decadence.
4 thick slices bacon
2 – 3 tbsp maple syrup
1. Cut ½” thick slices of bacon from a big slab or have your butcher do it.
2. Cook in a pan over medium heat. Brown one side (3 min) then flip over and finish in the oven. About 5 more minutes.
3. Glaze at the end with a drizzle of maple syrup.
