Can’t decide between banana bread, butter tarts, cinnamon rolls and monkey bread? You don’t have to with this butter tart- and banana-filled cinnamon roll monkey bread. Perfect for a crowd with a serious sweet tooth.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease a Bundt pan with a bit of butter.
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, eggs, vinegar, vanilla and salt. Pour 1/3 of brown sugar mixture into prepared pan. Reserve remaining 2/3 of mixture.
Cut the cinnamon bun dough into 2-inch pieces and roll each piece into loose ball.
To bowl of reserved brown sugar mixture, add dough balls and bananas and stir to evenly coat. Transfer dough and banana mixture to pan.
Bake until golden brown on top and baked through, about 40 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then invert pan to release monkey bread. Serve.
