Directions for: Fried Mars Bar with Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 bottle beer

2 cup white all-purpose flour

A pinch of salt

4 Mars Bars

panko breadcrumbs, for coating

Directions

1. Heat oil in a deep fat fryer to 375 degrees.

2. Make batter by adding flour + salt to beer and whisking well. When ready, dip Mars Bars into batter. Roll the battered bar in panko breadcrumbs to coat.

3. Drop into hot oil and cook for 3 – 4 minutes till golden brown.

4. Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.
