Lamb's Lettuce with Niagara Vinegar Dressing

NoteIf your vinegar isn’t slightly sweet, add 5 ml (1 teaspoon) honey to it.
8 cup lamb’s lettuce (mâche)
¼ cup Niagara fruit-infused wine vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. In a salad bowl, toss the lamb’s lettuce with dressing to taste. Adjust the seasoning.
