Directions for: Orange Juice-Braised Sweet Potatoes


3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into one inch slices

2 Tbsp chopped rosemary

1 cup orange juice

1 red onion, sliced thickly

salt and pepper


1. Put sweet potatoes into a large sauté pan.

2. Add rosemary, orange juice, red onion and season with salt and pepper.

3. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
