Muy caliente! These fiery nachos are topped with chicken breast, hot sauce, diced pineapple and a Monterey Jack/Cheddar cheese blend.

Directions for: Tuk Tuk Nachos


1 bag spicy tortilla chips

1 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, diced

1 cup hot sauce

½ cup pineapple, seared and diced

1 cup Monterey Jack/Cheddar cheese blend

1 green onion, chopped


1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).

2. Toss the chicken in ¼ cup of the hot sauce. Assemble nachos with the chicken, pineapple, and cheese. Bake until cheese has melted, about 10-15 minutes. To finish, drizzle with hot sauce and top with green onion.
