8 - 12 chicken drumsticks (skin-on or skinless)
¼ tsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp maple syrup, more for serving
¼ tsp granulated garlic (not garlic salt)
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
¼ tsp red pepper flakes, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2. Into a large bowl, toss chicken with mustard, maple syrup and garlic.
3. Add sesame seeds to a plate. Dredge bottom of drumsticks in sesame seeds and place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with pepper flakes.
4. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Serve with additional maple syrup for drizzling, if desired.
