This fall on Food Network Canada, the world’s biggest, boldest food competition series will head north in the homegrown version of Iron Chef Canada. The series will deliver all of the world-class dishes, high-stakes drama and engaging characters that are the hallmark of the Iron Chef brand with a distinctive Canadian flavour.
Each episode of Iron Chef Canada sees one of our country’s most renowned chefs face off in a head-to-head battle with an esteemed Canadian Iron Chef. Each has 60 minutes to prepare five dishes using a featured “secret ingredient”. Each chefs’ dishes are judged on taste, presentation and originality by a panel of culinary experts and industry professionals. The chef with the highest score wins that battle and supreme bragging rights.
