Then John visits every mother’s kitchen at Fanny Chadwick’s in Toronto, ON. Cook Vega Janic is amping up old homestyle favourites, turning the restaurant into your new home away from home with comforting shepherd’s pies and savoury tourtières ! Lastly, John searches for the best Caribbean food, but instead of going down south he follows his food compass north to Antoinette’s in the Yukon.
