Chef Lucais Syme delivers rustic Northern Italian inspired cuisine at La Pentola della Quercia inside OPUS Hotel in Vancouver. Simple, handmade pasta and traditional nose-to-tail meat and fish dishes served family style are the focus of this award-winning restaurant. Guests are asked to trust the chef to create an unforgettable dining experience where each table enjoys a carefully crafted, shared menu tailored to their individual tastes.

Vancouver’s mountainous region and moderate temperatures mirror that of Northern Italy, making it an ideal location for producing the locally grown vegetables and proteins that are used in creating their signature cuisine. For all you in Vancouver, Chef Lucais Syme will be at the Yaletown Farmer’s Market every second Thursday from 2-6pm this August, serving up paninis and rhubarb soda made with fresh ingredients from the market.
