Dining at the bar allows guests to watch the chefs in action as they strive to tell a story behind each dish; plating the finest, seasonal ingredients, and allowing their natural, rich flavours to shine through.
I was fortunate to grow up on a farm in Saskatoon, where I was able to enjoy the fresh, seasonal foods grown on my family’s property and nearby farms.
