If you’ve ever been to Paris, you’ve probably heard of the famous Parisian hot chocolate from Café de Flore and Angelina. This silky, rich and nutty flavoured beverage has captured the attention of locals for decades. Though Paris might be known for other pleasures like wine and croissants, this chocolat chaud has risen in popularity in recent years all thanks to TikTok.

Deciding who has the best hot chocolate in Paris is something of a heated debate. Some say Café de Flore reigns supreme, but I believe Angelina is the crème de la crème. By comparison, Angelina’s hot chocolate is pure luxurious decadence. In true Parisian fashion, no hot chocolate is complete without the pillowy goodness of homemade whipped cream. So if you’re craving the joie de vivre, indulge in this café classic all the way from Paris, France.
